Dutch Grammy winners Ineke Vandoorn and Marc van Vugt just released Crossing Canada, a CD with live recordings from their two 5-week cross Canadian tours. She’s an adventurous, striking singer known for her intense, operatic range, her extreme precision and her warm vocals. He’s a composer and guitarist renowned for his enchanting arrangements and spellbinding improvisations. Their original approach has taken them to clubs and festivals over the world. They collaborated with the Metropole Orchestra (with Vince Mendoza), the Dutch Chamber Choir, Kenny Wheeler, Robin Eubanks, Norma Winstone, Thomas Chapin, Andy Sheppard, Paul van Kemenade. To date, they have released 11 CDs.
