Gregory Porter’s “Live in Berlin” album out on Nov. 18

Vocalist Gregory Porter will release the album Live in Berlin via Eagle Rock Entertainment on November 18.

Live in Berlin will be available on DVD+2CD, Blu-ray+2CD and Digital Formats and documents Porter’s concert with his band performing tracks from throughout his career, including his signature tracks such as “Liquid Spirit,” “Water Under Bridges” and “Hey Laura.”

The album was recorded earlier this year, on May 16, at the Philharmonie Berlin in Germany. The line-up of the band performing at the concert was pianist Chip Crawford, bassist Jahmal Nichols, drummer Emanuel Harrold and tenor saxophonist Tivon Pennicott.

The Bonus Features on Live in Berlin will include an interview, also recorded in Berlin, with Porter and the members of his band, in which they talk about their backgrounds, influences and the way they work as a group.
