Strings Attached Jazz Guitar Series

4th Love Supreme Festival line-up revealed

The 4th Love Supreme Jazz Festival will run in East Sussex, United Kingdom from July 1-3. Despite its short history, the festival has garnered an excellent reputation for showcasing a mixture of jazz, soul and funk.


Main stage headliners this year will include the iconic singer songwriter Burt Bacharach, as well as singers Grace Jones, Melody Gardot and Kelis.


On the jazz front, the line-up will showcase revered international and British artists. Some of the international acts that will be performing include saxophonist Kamasi Washington, acclaimed jazz singer Cécile McLorin Salvant and bassist Stanley Clarke and his band. Keyboardist Brad Mehldau and drummer Mark Guiliana will also be performing at the with their jazztronica duo, Mehliana, and will be debuting at the festival in a special exclusive UK appearance with guitar guru John Scofield.


UK talent booked so far include the Anthony Strong Quintet, pianist and singer Liane Carroll and swing jazz act The Correspondents.
