		<description>Dear Michael Fagien,
I have been a long time subscriber to Jazziz from Germany. I am glad that you continue to stay in business given the recent problems of both Jazz Times and Jazz Journal in the UK. However, I suggest that you answer some questions regarding your new format that all existing subscribers will have:

- how can I log in to your web site, i.e. what is my password?
- I renewed my subscription last year. It goes thru March 2010. As it included ten print editions a year, how do you plan to transfer this subscription into your new publishing scheme?

Keep going!

		<description>Hi Michael;

Unfortunately my first experience with your new web site almost one month after it has been published (it is now 7 July 2009)is less than satisfactory. I read your commentory regarding the desire to merge your printed media with the internet, but in the process you have reduced the number of CD&#039;s from 12 to 10 and have a new web site which is difficult to navigate. I am unable to find on your web site any reference to your prior Jazziz on Disk collections which I use to help me maintain my own collection of the past 6 years. The current link to Jazziz on Disk only displays a paragraph toting the 2 cd format. IMHO this is useless to the Jazziz lover. At least on link within the website is broken (the customer service link), and your search does not bring any information contained in your prior Web site which was much better in my humble opinion.
Please address these concerns.

Thank you for providing an otherwise excellent magazine in the past. I am a very long term subscriber, but am having second thoughts about renewing seeing the reduction in the quality (and quantity) of your offerings.

Regards,
Charles W. Naslund
