Fall 2009 Digital Edition
The Quarterly Fall 2009 Print Edition (Sep-Oct-Nov issue shown to the left) with a special 2-CD collection, titled Night and Day, has been mailed to subscribers and is also available on newsstands.
Click on the magazine cover to the left to launch our Digital Edition of the Fall 2009 issue. It’s not a web page, but rather the magazine of the future; exactly the same in appearance as the print magazine on newsstands with the added bonus that as you flip through the issue “hot spots” connect each page to additional music (click on album covers) and related content. You can print out these editions, email them to friends and download them onto your computer using the icons on the bottom left corner of the Digital Edition tool bar.
Check back regularly as we’re continuously adding new features and functionality. New Monthly Digital Editions post at the beginning of each month. The October 2009 online-only Digital Edition will be posted during the first week of October.

Click here if you’d like to get the companion Night and Day 2-CD collection that accompanied subscriber copies of the Fall Issue in print. When you click on the album covers in the JAZZIZ On Disc section, you’ ll be taken to page where you can order the CD.
DIRECTIONS: Launch the desired issue by clicking on the magazine cover. Flip through the pages like a magazine by clicking forward or backward using the single arrows at the bottom (center) tool bar. You can also click on the bottom corners of the pages or click and drag the edges of the pages across with your mouse. Each page has “hot spots”, that light up when you scroll over them, connecting to additional content. Click on any album cover-on editorial or ad pages–and music from that CD plays too. The music stops when you click to the next page. If you’d like to keep a track playing while looking through the magazine, use your internet browser to reopen a second copy of the Digital Edition while keeping the first copy open to the page from which the album is playing. To enlarge page or text, click once on any area of the page without a hot spot. To move around the magnified page, click, hold and move the page. When in magnification mode, you can click on the side arrows to flip through magnified pages. Click again on the page to restore to normal full-page view.

I just bought the summer edition of Jazziz. It did not come with the 2 disc cd set. What do I need to do to get that music? Is there a place that I can download it from the website?
Thank you.
I really like this online issue. Thanks Jazziz, you guys rock big time.
I would like to read and/or download the recent article/interview with Dianne Reeves but can’t find it. Please help.
Jazziz:
Your JAZZIZ Digital Edition would be substantially more user friendly if, when clicking on an article, the entire width of the article could be read without having to manipulate the article to read each sentence.

Dear Jazziz Team,
the digital editions are not readable from a text point of view. The text is smeary due to compression artifacts. You have to consider PDF files as they scale properly. We are using a 1920 x 1200 27″ display and having to move the page around the screen in a zoomed state is unsatisfactory.
I cannot register on your new web site. What is my user name and what is my password?
It seems you have to open a new window if you want to read the magazine, while listening to JAZZIZ RADIO
I’m a brazilian reader of JAZZIZ and buy eventually issues.
I’ve been with Jazziz as a subscriber almost from the first issue. I used to find great utility in your web site but this new arrangement sucks!
Where do I go to download the Jazziz Magazine CD contents lists? I used to be able to get for my spread sheet the Artist, Title, Album and label information for every CD. Now all I get is the click run around to essentially nothing. You have made it hard if not impossible for me to do follow to an album purchase.
Hello -
I have not been a subscriber for sometime. I must admit that I had several CDs stolen and missing my jazziz CDs from 1995-1998. I’m glad i did not lose them all, but my favs!
Is there anyway to get those?
Cheers ~
